As discussed, please find below summary details of the terms and conditions relating to this opportunity:

1.      EMPLOYMENT STATUS

As per the clients’ stipulations, the status of this position is that of a Limited Company. The setting up of your Limited Company can be arranged for you and all options will be discussed with you at your induction. Please see note (i) below.

2.      PAYMENT RATES

£100 PER SHIFT (Day OR Night) – Monday to Friday

£120 PER SHIFT (Day OR Night) – Saturday and Sunday – plus ALL Bank Holidays

£22.50 PER NIGHT – Tramping/overnight allowance

3.      GENERAL

a.      Shift duration will vary and will normally be between 8 -12 hours.

b.      You will be paid every week, 1 week in arrears.

c.       The work will be varied, but will include trailer swaps, pallet collections and boxed garment collections, which will involve the manual handling of boxes on the trailer.

d.      Please note you will need to bring with you pair of safety boots.

4.      FLIGHTS TO UK

BGR are offering to organise and pay for your flight to UK. If you wish to take this offer, you must arrive on the designated flight. If you fail to arrive, you must either:

i.                    Rebook and pay for your own flight for an agreed future date, or

ii.                   Repay BGR the cost of the flight plus an administration fee, total £200.

iii.                 Also please be aware if your contract is terminated, or you leave within 8 weeks of arrival you will be liable for the same £200 as in (ii) above.

You do not have to take advantage of this offer, you are able to arrange and pay for your own flight if you wish, or arrive in the UK by whatever means you decide.

5.      TRANSPORT FROM AIRPORT

Collection from the airport can be arranged, and you will be contacted independently to explore this option. Please see note (i) below. You are able to make your own way from the airport to your accommodation if you wish.

6.      ACCOMMODATION

This can be arranged for you. You will be contacted independently to discuss the options available to you. Please see note (i) below.

You are able to arrange your own accommodation if you wish.
