fii si tu mai explicit

in principiu se conduce alternativ cate 2 perioade de cate 4:30 fiecare intr-o perioada de max 21 ore dupa care urmeaza pauza de 9 ore

In 7 perioade de 24 de ore in mod obligatoriu trebuie sa ai terminata pauza de 45 de ore.Nu exista pauza de 24 de pre,recuperare etc.
