În concordanță cu legislația în vigoare exista prevederi in baza cărora șoferul sa fie obligat a spala personal un container in care au fost transportate deșeuri reciclabile ADR cls. 9 de pericol?

Mulțumesc anticipat celor ce pot enunța aceste prevederi.
